A preventive women's health awareness campaign from Nireva Health. Free workshops for IT and corporate teams. Free on-campus sessions for colleges and schools. Weekly content you can trust. Led by Dr. Shivani Baheti.
Hormonal issues rarely announce themselves. They whisper first, through missed periods, chronic fatigue, sudden weight changes, anxiety that does not lift. Healthy Hormones is a Nireva Health initiative to turn those whispers into action. Earlier awareness. Earlier screening. Better lives.
If you have experienced any of the following for three months or more, please do not write them off. They are common, treatable, and early intervention changes everything.
Missing your cycle for 2 or more months, or cycles shorter than 21 or longer than 35 days. Often the first sign of PCOS, thyroid issues, or hormone imbalance.
Always tired, even after 7 to 8 hours of sleep. Brain fog at work. Exhaustion that caffeine cannot fix. Often points to thyroid, Vitamin D, iron, or adrenal issues.
Weight gain or loss without a change in diet or activity. Hormonal imbalances and insulin resistance often show up here first, long before other symptoms.
Feelings of anxiety or low mood that do not match what is happening in your life. The thyroid-mood link is real. The PCOS-mood link is real. So is perimenopause.
Sudden hair fall, new facial hair, adult acne, or dry skin. Often a hormonal signal before anything else. Do not just treat the surface. Ask what is underneath.
Period pain that stops you from working, studying, or living your day is not normal. Dysmenorrhea has a name, a cause, and a treatment. You do not have to live with it.
A doctor-written 4-page PDF you can save on your phone or print and stick on your fridge. Everything you need to know to start listening to your body, in one place.
Healthy Hormones runs free 45-minute corporate sessions and 60-minute on-campus workshops across Pune. No sales pitch. No product. Just practical, doctor-led conversations that attendees can act on the next morning.

Dr. Shivani Baheti is an Obstetrician & Gynaecologist and Endoscopic & Laparoscopic Surgeon practising in Pune. She specialises in laparoscopic surgery, high-risk pregnancy, PCOS, endometriosis, and infertility. Across more than a decade of clinical work, one pattern has been constant: women arriving too late, after years of ignoring signs that were quietly asking for attention. Healthy Hormones is her attempt to reverse that timeline.
The campaign is run entirely as public health education. No services are sold on this page. Free workshops, free content, and an evergreen invitation to ask questions.

No. A gynaecologist is for every woman, from her first period onwards. For painful cycles, PCOS, acne you suspect is hormonal, contraception questions, or simply a routine check-up. Please do not wait for a crisis.
It may be usual for you, but that does not mean it is optimal. Long-term irregular cycles can signal PCOS, thyroid issues, or other hormonal imbalance. A simple screening (blood test and ultrasound) can tell you what is going on. You deserve an answer, not a guess.
A secure 25-30 minute video call with Dr. Shivani. She will ask about your symptoms and history, review any reports you share, and suggest next steps. If tests or an in-person exam are needed, she will guide you on the path. Payment is a flat ₹500 via UPI.
Send a message on WhatsApp to +91 70570 46222 or use the "Enquire" button in the "For Workplaces" section above. Share your company name, approximate team size, and preferred dates. Dr. Shivani's team will share the five module outlines and schedule a slot that works for your team.
Student Welfare Committees, Women's Development Cells, NSS, Rotaract chapters, and school counsellors can all host a Healthy Hormones workshop. Message on WhatsApp with your institution name and role. For schools with under-18 students, a school counsellor or teacher must be present during the session.
